Assistant Coach (Part Time) - AquaGym Swim Club, Christchurch
AquaGym Swim Club, Christchurch has a vacancy for an Assistant Coach. This is a part time position
AquaGym Swim Club provides a competitive training programme for swimmers who have graduated from Learn to Swim and Junior Development programmes, and who are ready to focus on a competition programme.

The Assistant Coach will work with the Head Coach to provide professional, effective and safe coaching of club members, ensuring that the Club’s objectives are attained:
- Membership growth
- Competitive success
- Enjoyment and a “Team Ethic” amongst club swimmers
- Financial stability
The Assistant coach will be a qualified Swim coaching to Level 1/Junior coach or equivalent. He/she will have at least three to five years swim coaching experience at a junior/ development level.
The Assistant Coach will work with the Head Coach to maintain the TEAM culture and focus on EXCELLENCE.
The position will be for 15 hours per week.
