Swim School Supervisor, West Wave, Henderson

We are looking for an experienced individual to fill a challenging and customer focused role as a Supervisor, in our busy, vibrant and energetic Swim School at West Wave.
We believe learning to swim is one of the most exciting, important and enjoyable learning experiences in life. It is an asset that opens a gateway of opportunity for lifelong involvement in water-based activities. The Swim School is a seven day a week business, running a number of classes for all levels from babies and toddlers, school age children, teens and adults, to squads.
As Swim School Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring implementation of the West Wave Swim School programme as well as managing and operating a professional and safe Swim School curriculum to our diverse customer base. Your proven communication and supervisory skills, combined with your passion for delivering excellent customer service, is essential in ensuring that the team is supported and guided to a high level.
To be successful, you will hold an advanced Learn to Swim qualification, with proven success as a swimming instructor teaching a range of levels from babies to squads. You will have previous experience of managing a team and have sound working knowledge of health and safety procedures. As a natural problem solver, with an ability to adopt a flexible approach to resolving both customer and staff queries, you will thrive on using your initiative to find improved ways of doing things and the opportunity to implement these.
This is a full-time position and as you will be responsible for providing management support, your primary hours of work will be Monday to Friday eight hours a day between the hours of 8.30am - 6.30pm, you must also have the ability to work weekends for staff assessments and cover when needed.
